Our fee structure is straight forward and transparent and is based on the salary agreed with your nanny. We offer a staggered payment option facility if required.

We offer a straightforward no-quibble replacement free of charge if the employee leaves your employment within eight weeks.
If after four weeks we are unable to find a replacement, or you decide not to carry on with the search, we will refund your introduction fee (and only charge you a temporary fee for the time the employee worked for you).

These Terms and Conditions of Business set out the basis upon which the Agency will provide its Services and will be deemed to come into effect when the Agency confirms acceptance of the Client’s Instructions orally, in writing or by email to the Client and/ or the Client verbally instructs the Agency to submit suitable Applicants for an Engagement.
|1.||DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
The Agreement between the Agency and the Client, incorporating these Terms and Conditions, shall only come into force when the Agency confirms acceptance of the Client Brief orally, in writing or by email to the Client and/ or the Client verbally instructs the Agency to submit suitable Applicants for an Engagement.

“Data Protection Legislation” means the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK.
|11.||DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
|13.||INDEMNITY BY THE CLIENT
If the Client wishes to complain about the Agency, in the first instance, the complaint should be put in writing to Diane Williams, and every effort shall be made to resolve any situation. If the situation has not been resolved to the Client’s satisfaction, then the letter of complaint will be passed on to the Chair of the ANA committee, and will be officially investigated.
The following terms relate specifically to the Agency’s babysitting services but the above terms shall remain valid and in force to the extent they are relevant.
Babysitting is defined as occasional weekday/weekend evening/day childcare. Any other more permanent or regular arrangement e.g. consecutive days/nights, after school and holiday care is classed as a Permanent or Temporary Placement and as such will be charged according to the Fee Schedule and any such service will be governed by the terms and conditions above.
A Babysitter can only be booked for the children as named in the Client’s Instructions.
|1.||If a Client fails to comply with the Agency’s recommended rates of pay, it may jeopardise the booking of any babysitters in the future.|
|2.||Payment of the annual registration fee does not guarantee a baby sitter although the Agency will make every effort to meet a Client’s requirements. Availability and amount of notice given must be taken into consideration. Should the baby sitter cancel an engagement the Agency will make every effort to find a replacement.|
|3.||If a Client books one of our registered babysitters without the Agency’s knowledge or consent, the Agency reserves the right to terminate the contract. If the Client refers a registered babysitter to someone else who engages them other than through the Agency, the Client will be liable to the Agency for a fee equivalent to two times the annual registration fee. If the Client offers one of the Agency’s babysitter's a position as a nanny or mother's help this will be classed as a Permanent (or Temporary) Engagement and as such subject to the terms and conditions above, including the payment of the relevant Service Fee.|
|4.||Whilst every effort is taken to screen each babysitter, the Agency cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by the Client, or any loss for which the Client may become liable as a result or prior to any introduction by the Agency. It is the Client’s responsibility to check that his home insurance covers you in the event of any accident to or caused by the babysitter.|
|5.||Whilst the Agency’s endeavours always to match the suitability of the babysitter to the Client’s requirements, no warranty is given by the Agency as to the character, honesty, age, suitability or capability of the babysitter although the Agency will always check a minimum of two references and carry out a personal interview.|
|6.||Should the Client cancel a one-off booking once confirmed, no refund on the booking fee will be given, if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided the Client shall pay 50% of the money that would have been payable to the babysitter.|
|7.||Payment for ‘one off’ bookings must be made at the time of booking and in advance to secure the babysitter.|
