We endeavour to meet every client and fully understand their requirements - having met you, and listened to your need, we are then able to match candidate and client very closely, our success rate is excellent - see candidate testimonials.

We will produce a portfolio based on your experience, needs and expectations. It is this document that we will take with us to clients.
Having met and interviewed you, we are able to confidently discuss you with our clients and thus able to make an excellent match. Unlike other agencies we do not merely send out CV's in the post and expect our clients to wade through them. Our personalised services enables us to build a relationship with our candidates and clients. We believe in providing you and the client with as much information as we hold on both parties.

With our assistance, when a client has selected your details and wishes to pursue to interview stage we will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to meet. We will assist with your interview technique and help you prepare for interview.

After the interview we ask you to contact us and provide feedback, we will telephone the client and receive their feedback and forward it directly to you. We will liase with both you and the client regarding second interview.

Our role does not finish once you have successfully found and accepted the position - we are there for you for the duration.
