Unlike other agencies we do not merely send out CV's in the post and expect you to wade through them. Our personalised services enables us to build a relationship with you and clearly understand your needs. We are happy to provide advice on interviewing, recruitment process, working conditions, salary packages, contracts of employment, statutory obligations etc.

Our vetting procedure is extremely thorough. We ensure that a suitability qualified and experienced member of staff, personally interviews each candidate for a minimum of 1 hour, see recruitment process. We personally follow up on 2 references, and check all ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION. We investigate gaps in employment history, and will take the time to advise and counsel candidates on their suitability for positions. It is in all of our best interests to be as thorough and dedicated in this process in order to ensure satisfaction to both clients and candidates.

Security is our premium concern and our service guarantees the highest standards of reference checking and efficiency. We advise that all of our candidates are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). We have the facility to undertake these checks.
